Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to produce high-quality metal components while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical drawings, setting up and operating press brake machinery, and inspecting finished parts to precise tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to manufacture precision metal components.
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Tooling Selection: Select the correct tooling based on material type, thickness, and bend specifications.
• Quality & Inspection: Inspect finished components using measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, and protractors to ensure they strictly meet required tolerances.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and general shop housekeeping to keep equipment in safe working order.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Production Targets: Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Proven experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC press brake machinery.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, protractors, gauges).
• Good understanding of bend allowances, material properties, and tooling selection.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and commitment to workplace safety.
