About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Joiner to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in joinery while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic concrete manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mould & Formwork Production: Assist experienced joiners in constructing timber moulds and formwork for concrete manufacturing.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Assembly & Fabrication: Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber components to precise specifications.
• Maintenance & Safety: Maintain tools and workshop equipment while adhering to strict health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled team to ensure high-quality products are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Skills: Basic experience with woodworking tools, timber cutting, and drawing interpretation.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable.
